All students are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of Pro Learning Academy

Students are expected to attend all the classes and appear for all tests for continuous improvement

Students are expected to act responsibly, be courteous and do not act in any manner that is deemed offensive or hurts any other student/staff of the academy 

If any student causes any damage to the Academy’s property, parents or guardians will be held responsible for compensation including full costs of repair.

Your use of our coaching services/test series provided for herein is solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

Registration/Admission to any Course is non-transferable to any other student. 

We may also contact the students through SMS, emails or call to give notifications on various important updates on the progress of students. Pro Learning Academy is indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the students/parents mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. Pro Learning Academy shall continue to send offers/achievements in future also however if any parent/student desires to opt out then he/she shall convey the same to the academy administration in writing so we can remove your contact information from our mailing/distribution list and you must allow us at least 7 days to remove your information from our database.

Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances. However, the fee may be refunded only if “Pro Learning Academy” fails to start the batch(not applicable for unavoidable circumstances). Delay in starting of class by a fortnight shall not be considered as not starting.

Pro Learning Academy reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations without any prior notice.
